As the Head of sales, you will be:

  • Leading the sales & e-Commerce department
  • Directing and overseeing the monthly objectives and KPI’s
  • Nurturing strong and effective relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Creating new marketing opportunities online and in store through an annual customer trade day

The role will be split equally between management and development of your team, building an effective relationship with key accounts and suppliers, developing an effective strategy for profitability and growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We would love to speak to people with sales experience in the construction or building industry with determination and self-discipline to manage a busy workload and team. Someone with excellent management, customer service and sales skills would be the ideal candidate for this role. A person with a good mix of managerial, sales and industry experience would be the perfect fit for this brilliant company.
