The Company:

This large-scale company provide many different technical services in over 30 countries across Europe and Africa. You will be a key part of the companies EV department which is the fastest growing sector in the company and offers scope for progression and development.

The Role:

In this role your key responsibilities as a Health and Safety Manager will include:

  • Working with SHEQ colleagues to delivery company SHEQ Objectives.
  • Building SHEQ Team as required to efficiently cope with business growth.
  • Responsible for passing legislative, legal and customer audits.
  • Liaising with Head Office (Paris) teams and colleagues across Europe to ensure a cohesive approach and adoption of Best Practice in UK.
  • Monitoring changes in legislation, advise on its impact on the company and implement required changes.
  • Training colleagues in CDM requirements and awareness.

The Person:

We would love to speak to Health and Safety Managers/SHEQ Managers/Health Safety and Environmental Managers. If you have your NEBOSH General Certificate, are skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, have in-depth knowledge of CDM process and experience of ISO standards- 9901; 14001; 18001 we would be interested in having a chat. A NEBOSH Diploma, experience in Electrical installation/maintenance and/or a Degree in Engineering/Quality Management would be highly favourable.
