The birth of a brand new, state of the art facility means that they now need to add a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to their thriving team.
THE ROLE:
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective health and safety programs and procedures across the Kettering production facility. Your primary objective will be to foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all relevant and best practices. By overseeing health and safety protocols, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing of all staff and safeguarding the production process.

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager with an in depth knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and best practices. . You will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to influence others in adopting a safety-conscious mindset. A NEBOSH certification or similar would also be advantageous.
