Do you have experience as a HR Administrator? Are you looking to work reduced part time hours? If yes, this role could be just for you!

We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join a Tamworth based HR business. Due to the continued success and growth of the business they now need an Administrator to support the HR Advisors. Your role will be based around a 10-hour week, the business can be flexible around how these 10 hours are made up.

As a HR Administrator you will be:

  • Maintain and update employee records on various operating systems
  • Drafting, revising, and maintaining employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks
  • Traveling to client’s premises for meetings and discussions, taking notes
  • Working with different HRIS systems
  • Generating reports from HRIS systems for clients

We would love to speak to people who are currently working as a HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Administrator, General Administrator or Office Assistant. If you have your CIPD Level 3 qualification we’d love to have a chat. Maybe you have used Sage HR, Breathe or People HR systems? If so, this role could be right for you.

As a HR Administrator your salary will be between £20-25K. Hours will be 10 per week however there is opportunity to increase hours as the business continues to grow. Plenty of flexibility but hours will include needing to work Friday. We’d also require you to be local to be happy to attend client meetings which may be within the Midlands and therefore a driving license and car is a must.
