The company are a young dynamic law firm that provides innovative solutions to their client’s legal problems. They provide advice to clients on a national level.

As a receptionist your main responsibilities will be:

  • To answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional and confident manner.
  • Assist in finding the right information for customers in a professional manner.
  • To maintain an ongoing rapport with all colleagues and customers.
  • To carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Answering all calls and forwarding as appropriate
  • Booking audio conference calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients

We would love to speak to people who are currently working as a Receptionist, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrator.

As a Receptionist your salary will be within the £18-22K region, working full time in the office.
