Hygiene Supervisor – Carlisle

THE COMPANY:

This company has been established for over 35 years, and they are a market leader in the supply of specialist cleaning and hygiene support services to the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Through growth and new contract wins, they are looking to recruit for a Hygiene Supervisor.

THE ROLE:

The Hygiene Supervisor role is to manage and participate in the end-of-run plant cleaning, and production, cleaning requirements for a well established and renowned food manufacturer producing a range of popular branded biscuits. You will be reporting to the Contract Manager and form part of a team of personnel with the primary responsibility to ensure that all work is completed to schedule, complies with hygiene, quality and safety requirements, and is signed off correctly.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for the role of Hygiene Supervisor, you need to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to display a positive and supportive attitude, with a good understanding of the audit requirements that exist within the food manufacturing sector. With a good work ethic and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, you will be an asset to this team. The shift pattern worked at this site is 0600 – 1400 Monday to Friday
