This role: Junior Mechanical Building Services Estimator is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 10 years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Junior Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

• Assisting with the estimation and pricing of projects up to the value of £4M
• Working closely with a Senior Estimator in a close-knit Estimating team
• Helping to price up all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Plumbing/Pipework Engineer, Junior Mechanical Estimator or Junior Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Junior Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £25-30K region.
