Kitchen Porter

We have a permanent position for a Kitchen Porter in a exquisite hotel in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside.

This position of Kitchen Porter will be a straight permanent position from day 1 starting on £23k

Offering live in accommodation should it be required.

Working hours will be 5 days out of 7

Based on a 40 hour week 2 shifts required 08.30 – 16.30 and 15.00 – 23.00

Duties will include:-

• Operating dish washing machine
• General deep cleaning of kitchen equipment
• General tidying of the back of house area
• Empty bins, Recycling
• The putting away of deliveries
• Ensure staff room tidy and clean
• Ensure all back of house areas are swept and mopped on a daily basis
• Maintain hygiene standards in areas of responsibility
• Any other duties associated with the Back of House Department that you are asked to undertake
• To ensure that Health, safety and hygiene regulations enforced
