Are you a Legal Associate with experience in Commercial Real Estate and £Multi Million property transactions? Do you have technical knowledge in banking & finance? Do you have a minimum of 5 years PQE? If so, then you should consider applying for this role.

THE COMPANY:

This company is a leading solutions provider that has been established for over 10 years. In that time, they have seen rapid growth across all business sectors, and are now in a position to need to add an in house Legal Associate to their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Negotiation, transaction management and deal execution for commercial real estate loan transactions.
• Negotiation, transaction management and deal execution for other asset classes, including corporate, aviation and shipping.
• Providing legal advice to front line business units and service areas
• Reviewing and negotiating loan documentation and other ancillary documents.
• Liaising with various internal stakeholders, and
• Instructing & liaising with external counsel.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have excellent product knowledge, specifically within banking & finance. You need to be a strong communication with a good attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload. This is a remote role, and so you need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to deal with different legal queries as they come in.
