This family run business has been established for 40 years and has grown from strength to strength with them now being a Leading freight forwarder within the Midlands. They have numerous international clients across the world and look set to continue to grow year on year for the next 5 years. They benefit from having a very experienced team and pride themselves on their expert service that is consistent in everything they do.

THE ROLE:

As a Logistics Coordinator you will:

• Make Bookings within Quoted Parameters / Customer Requirements
• Attend to Customs Formalities
• Check / Process Shipment Documentation & Information
• Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
• Track Shipments
• Deal with Problems and Complaints in a Professional and Timely Manner
• Ensure all Tasks, milestones and exceptions are completed
• Complete all ACR’s and WIP’s
• Complete all other Administration including Shredding & Filing

THE CANDIDATE:

Qualified candidates will be able to work on their own and as part of a team, have attention to detail, be organised and manage time efficiently.

THE BENEFITS:

As a Logistics Coordinator your salary will be £22-25K, BUPA, Pension
