Machine Operator

THE COMPANY:

This company is a leader in uPVC product recycling and they work with many different companies across the UK and overseas. They are an ISO 14001 accredited company and have been established for over 30 years. They have recently seen a huge surge in demand and as such, are currently embarking on a big recruitment drive to facilitate this growth

THE ROLE:

Within the role of Machine Operator, you will be working on an Extrusion line and be involved in the manufacturing process from raw material to completed product stage. You will be starting and stopping lines, packaging materials, rectifying line faults, monitoring product quality and recording all production data for handover.

THE PERSON:

This is a fantastic role for someone who has 1-2 years’ experience of working within a Production Environment and a Machine Operator, with the desire and ability to work across multiple areas of a production process. The role will involve shift work (4 on 4 off, days and nights) 1900 – 0700 and so you must be able to work this shift pattern. Furthermore, you will be working within a team and so it is a ‘must’ that you are a good communicator.

PAY:

As a Machine Operator, you will be earning a salary of £25 – £30K
