THE COMPANY:

The company is an established Building Services Contractor that provides Mechanical & Electrical design, installation and maintenance services for a number of clients across various sectors. The team pride themselves on their high standards and successful track record working across several different sectors. Through growth they are now looking for a CAD Technician to join their team of professionals in Derby.

THE ROLE:

As an M&E CAD Technician you will be working on AutoCAD and drawing in 2D. You will be hands on in both Mechanical and Electrical drawings and help with the coordination between the Mechanical and Electrical teams. Types of projects you will work on include: Healthcare, Retail, Industrial, Heritage, MoD and Government. This role is office based.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should be proficient and have previous experience in a Building Services M&E CAD role. You should have worked on projects as mentioned above and be proficient in the use of 2D CAD, Revit experience would be beneficial but is not required.
