THE ROLE:

As an M&E Estimating Manager you will have the chance to test your skill and know how taking on projects and challenges up to the value of £9 million across an array of sectors, such as:

• Retail
• Industrial
• Educational
• Commercial
• Hotel
• Leisure
• Residential
• Healthcare

Not only that, but this is also a brilliant opportunity for those with management experience to further that skill set, overseeing the company’s team of 4 driven estimators in their duties. In doing so, you’ll gain experience in managing the day-to-day activities of your department, making sure your team works to and maintains the company’s high standards and achieves their targets as the department finds out client requirements, researches the cost of materials, equipment & labour, collects material quotes from suppliers & sub-contractors, and assesses commercial risks on a project. Additionally, this role presents the chance to discover and make new long lasting business contacts with multitude of clients across the industry.

ABOUT YOU:

If you are a Senior Estimator within the M&E Sector with 5+ years’ experience, with a passionate, can-do attitude and a history of Project Management and team leading, then we think this M&E Estimating Manager role presents a chance to really further your career and are eager to hear from you.
