This role: Mechanical Building Services Estimator is with one of UK’s longest serving contractors who over the last 100+ years have maintained a reputation for quality. You will be involved in some of the most exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in the Estimating team pricing up the Mechanical aspect of projects including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

• Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £6M
• Working with a close-knit Estimating team
• Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £50-55K region plus a Company car or car allowance.
