Working in that time with clients small or big, such as the Premier Inn hotel chain, they have consistently designed stunning, sustainable residential and office premises, schools, and even refurbished breath-taking older building including the likes of Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum. Their hard working and dedicated team have always been at the core of their continued success, and now they are looking to add to their number.

THE ROLE:

In this role you will be tasked with the full detailed design & co-ordination of Mechanical Services Projects and Tenders, dealing with all aspects including ventilation, air-conditioning, heating, chilled water, plumbing, above ground drainage, gas & domestic water services. You will cover a wide range of areas from warehouse & office fit out, schools & colleges, to hotel & leisure and hospitals. You will be tasked with setting up the CAD drawings, design programmes (Hevacomp Etc) from scratch, producing detailed designs, CP’s, Tech-Subs etc from concept to completion, liaising with the estimating & contracts engineers.

THE CANDIDATE:

A successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in Building Services and an extensive knowledge of Building Regulations. Knowledge of Hevacomp, Auto-Cad/ REVIT and a qualification in Building Services would assist a candidate in standing out as an asset to this company.
