This company have retrained a loyal client base that includes some of the biggest names in the construction industry through delivering mechanical and electrical schemes to the highest quality and safety standards, including building services design development, public health installation and buildability management.

THE ROLE:

In this role you will be required to create estimates from design drawings, working with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Based in Birmingham, this role is within the Building Services division of the company, working on projects valued up to £5 Million, across an array of sectors, including: Retail, Heritage, Transportation, Education, Data Centres and Warehouses.

THE CANDIDATE:

A successful candidate will have a generous amount of experience in the sector and be able to talk to various different points of contacts with a commercial mind. You should be used to working on multiple projects and values ranging from £2 – 5 Million.
