Mechanical Project Manager

This role: Mechanical Contracts Manager is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 25 years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be involved in a wide variety of Commercial projects around London managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be:

• Managing London based projects with a value of up to £5M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working with a close-knit projects team
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Project Manager your salary will be within the £50-55K region and you will also receive a company car or and fuel card.
