The Company:

This company is a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing subcontractor based in the East Midlands. They have a wealth of experience in all building services installations working on refurbishment and new build projects from design concept to completion and beyond. Their focus is within the commercial  and end users, dealing with a lot of Public Sector projects: RAF bases, Schools and Police Buildings. They are also a very socially responsible business where they aim to source local labour and materials wherever possible. Furthermore, this company solely works on projects within 2 hours of Leicester.

The Role:

Within this role, you will be overseeing the installation of mechanical services. This will include all HVAC systems, new mains pipework, pressurisation systems, control valves, cooling pipework, hydraulics and drainage. Your role will require you to be working on projects ranging in value from £100K to £500K across a number of different sectors. You will be involved in client meetings, tender adjudications, tender submittal, post tender review and assisting colleagues with technical enquiries.

The Candidate:

To be considered for this role, you need to have excellent client liaison skills and a keen eye for detail. Someone with commercial and industrial experience, with a demonstrable history of working within the Mechanical Building Services sector. Someone who is used to working on multiple projects at the same time with values ranging from £200K upwards,
