The company is a family run business and have been established for over 20 years providing their clients with products built to the highest standards. Through their reliability and quality, they have built up an excellent reputation and are now looking to take on a temporary Office Assistant for a minimum of 2 months

As an Office Assistant you will be:

  • Supporting the Assistant Management Accountant in processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Producing export documentation & maintaining export folders
  • Monitoring staff attendance
  • Undertaking credit control duties, working with the Assistant Management Accountant
  • Answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting visitors

We would love to speak to people who are currently working as an Office Assistant, Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administrator.

As an Office Assistant your hourly wage will be in the region of £11.50-12.50ph. There is parking onsite and a 13:30 finish on a Friday
