This honest and reliable family-run company provide high quality printing services to businesses across the Midlands. The company was established in 1970 and since then it has been passed down through 2 generations of the same family. During this time, they have kept their family ethos and continued to grow and expand into well-respected and reliable company.

The role

You will be a vital part of the production process having to complete tasks with accuracy and to a time deadline.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Booking in jobs
  • Sending out proforma invoices / end of the month invoices
  • Organising dispatch paperwork
  • Creating labels for packages
  • Keeping an updated stock list of customer items and picking, packing and sending out efficiently when requested
  • Creating quotes

The person

We would love to speak to people with brilliant attention to detail and the ability to support other team members whilst displaying a ‘can do’ attitude at all times. Someone with excellent people skills and the ability to work to deadlines will be perfect for this role.  Good computer skills, experience of MS Office and knowledge/ experience of social media would be advantageous.
