THE COMPANY:

This company is a forward thinking, modern Leicester based Practise that has been established for close to 10 years. In that time, they have formed a strong team of likeminded individuals that have helped shaped a great culture and working environment. They deal with a whole host of clients from start ups to well established businesses and see their core as those businesses with turnovers from £500K to £3Million. Through growth and an internal promotion, they are now looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be processing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll for different companies using both Sage and Xero. You will be dealing with payroll enquiries (Holidays, maternity, sick pay) and submitting CIS figures to HMRC. You will be advising clients on their PAYE Liability and resolving any payroll queries. Furthermore, you will be dealing with pension providers and submitting pension data and registering clients for PAYE schemes with HMRC. A final aspect of the role will be to issue P45’s for employees.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a within a Payroll position,.  You need to be a competent user of Sage and Xero and have great interpersonal skills as a part of your role will be dealing with a number of different people at different levels within companies.

THE BENEFITS:

£25-30K (Dependent on experience), WFH up to 4 days per week.
