The Role

In your role as a Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include detailed design & co-ordination of Mechanical Services Projects and Tenders, covering all aspects plumbing, heating, chilled water, above ground drainage, ventilation, air-conditioning, gas & domestic water services. You will cover a range of work from warehouse & office fit out, schools & colleges, to hotel & leisure and hospitals. You will also be responsible for setting up the CAD drawings, design programmes (Hevacomp Etc) from scratch, producing detailed designs, CP’s, Tech-Subs etc from concept to completion, liaising with the estimating & contracts engineers.

The Candidate

A successful candidate will have at least of 5 years experience in Building Services and an excellent knowledge or Building Regulations. A candidate with knowledge of Hevacomp, Auto-Cad/ REVIT and a qualification in Building Services would be an asset to this company.
