Production Manager – Days

THE ROLE:

The role of Day shift Production Floor Supervisor (0600 – 1800) requires strong leadership and motivation of a team of operatives in a fast paced and ever changing environment. You role will require you to ensure performance and efficiency of the site is maintained and continually improved. Within the role, you will be:

• Overseeing the safety of staff and contractors at all times.
• Managing the day to day production to ensure daily targets are met.
• Planning ahead to allow for changing demands.
• Ensure all safe systems of work are followed.
• Take full responsibility for the entire shift.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience of managing a fast paced production facility, with an ability to react and resolve problems quickly. You will be able to work off your own initiative, and make decisions in high pressure situations. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a desire to make things better.
