In your new role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will get the chance to be at the centre of procurement, contract administration, organising and implementing subcontracts, subcontract valuations, measurements, and final account negotiations. You will monitor the progress of sub-contractors, cost forecasting and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be able to represent the company at commercial meetings and produce quality written materials as and when required. Additional aspects of this role will include:

  • Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
  • Preparing and monitoring project cash flow forecasts.
  • Measuring, valuing, submitting, and negotiating contract variations.
  • Providing advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including the reviewing and drafting of correspondence.
  • Preparing, submitting, and negotiate project final accounts.


If you are an experienced of Quantity Surveying within the Building Services with a proven track record, a keen work ethic and a passion for what you do, then we’d love to hear from you. Furthermore, you will need to have a minimum qualification of a HNC in Quantity Surveying and be able to build solid relationships with new and existing clients.
