This role: Receptionist is with a Midlands based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who for the last 20 years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be a pivotal part of the office team supporting the business as a whole.

As a Receptionist you will be:

  • Dealing with enquiries over email and the phone
  • Working within a close-knit team
  • Greeting visitors and managing the visitor process
  • Completing administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, laminating, receiving deliveries, and distributing to staff, booking accommodation, flights, ferries etc.
  • Offered opportunities to progress and grow
