THE ROLE:

As a Recruiter, you will be building and developing relationships with candidates and clients within a chosen sector – Manufacturing, Education, I.T, or Professional Services. Your role will require you to advertise vacancies, screen & interview candidates, write job adverts, attend client meetings and negotiate fees with companies. This is a 360 role where you will be working on the whole recruitment process from start to finish.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have at least 1 years’ experience of working within a recruitment company (either as a Permanent or Temporary Consultant). Furthermore, it is compulsory that you have a driving license and your own vehicle for this role. Other than that, you need to have a willingness to learn and a desire to progress.
