REVIT Coordinator

THE COMPANY:

Do you want to work for a one of the most technically advanced Building Services contractors within the Midlands? If so, then we would love to speak to you as our client is currently looking to recruit for a Mechanical Design Engineer to be based out of their West Midlands office. THE ROLE:

In your new position as a Revit MEP Coordinator you will be involved in amazing projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the close-knit design team, working to meet the needs of the company’s extremely loyal high profile clients.

As a Revit MEP Coordinator you will be:

• Producing Revit coordinated models for projects up to the value of £18M
• Working with a close-knit Design team
• Modelling all Mechanical & Electrical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing, Pipework, Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest Design packages and technology to assure constant development

ABOUT YOU:

If you are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Building Services Revit Technician, Revit MEP Technician, BIM Coordinator, M&E CAD Technician or Building Services Engineer with either a Consultancy or a Contracting background, then we would love to speak with you. Additionally, we are keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as: AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks or BIM. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
