This position: Revit MEP Coordinator is with one of the UK’s most forward-thinking Building Services consultancies who have a worldwide presence and also an extremely loyal and high-profile customer base. You will be involved in amazing projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the close-knit design team.

As a Revit MEP Coordinator you will be:

• Producing Revit coordinated models for projects up to the value of £5M
• Working with a close-knit Design team
• Modelling all Mechanical & Electrical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing, Pipework, Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest Design packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Building Services Revit Technician, Revit MEP Technician, BIM Coordinator, M&E CAD Technician or Building Services Engineer with either a Consultancy or a Contracting background. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as: AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks or BIM. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering

As a Revit MEP Coordinator your salary will be within the £35-40K region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as life insurance and pension.
