THE COMPANY:

This company is an event planning company that focusses on bringing buyers and sellers together. They profile businesses from a number of different industries and then through a tailored approach to both buyers and suppliers, they arrange face to face meetings and networking opportunities that turn into sales. It’s like ‘Speed dating’ for businesses. Having been established for over 10 years, they are looking to grow through the addition of a sales person to their team.

THE ROLE:

This is a sales role, and you will essentially be contacting new & existing suppliers and buyers to sign up to the next event. You will be answering any questions they may have and also keeping in touch after the event to see how successful it has been. There will be an element of cold calling within this role to win new clients and you will be expected to bring in new clients.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to be a confident individual who is a natural relationship builder. Most of your role will be phone based and so you need to be able to quickly build rapport with clients. Furthermore, you should have some sales experience and an ability to convert warm leads into sales.
