About the Opportunity
Synergy Personnel Services, a specialist Legal recruiter, is delighted to be working on a key strategic hire for a Senior Associate or Partner to join a growing Property Litigation team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced disputes lawyer to take on a senior role within a highly regarded national practice, with genuine scope to influence direction, client relationships and team growth.

The Role
You will advise a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and commercial occupiers on a wide range of property-related disputes. The team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice and resolving matters efficiently and cost-effectively.

The caseload will be broad and may include:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and lease termination issues
• Dilapidations and forfeiture matters
• Break notices and vacant possession strategies
• Restrictive covenants, easements and boundary disputes
• Professional negligence claims relating to property
• Strategic advice on dispute avoidance and resolution, including mediation

You will play a key role in managing complex matters, supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Senior Associate or Partner level experience within Property Litigation
• Strong technical background across commercial and/or residential property disputes
• Experience handling complex, high-value matters
• Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
• A proactive approach to business development and team leadership
