Synergy Personnel Services has been exclusively retained to recruit an experienced Real Estate lawyer into a strategic Senior Associate or Partner-level position within a Top 50 UK law firm.

This is a key hire into a specialist Business Parks team, offering a strong platform for progression, client exposure, and long-term career development.

The Opportunity

You will join a nationally recognised Real Estate practice advising investors, developers, and operators across the business parks sector. The team provides commercially focused advice aligned to clients’ long-term investment strategies and portfolio performance.

With a cross-disciplinary approach, the wider team supports clients through the full lifecycle of business park assets—from acquisition and development through to management, leasing, and disposal.

The Role

This is a broad, commercially driven role with exposure to high-quality work, including:

• Acquisition and disposal of business parks and industrial estates
• Commercial leasing, pre-let agreements, and tenant negotiations
• Asset and portfolio management
• Development projects (greenfield and brownfield sites)
• Strategic disposals and investment structuring
• Ongoing advisory work for business park owners and operators

You will play a visible role in client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate

This role is suited to either:

• A Senior Associate ready to step up, or
• An established Partner seeking a more agile, growth-focused platform

You will demonstrate:

• Strong experience in commercial real estate, ideally with exposure to business parks, industrial or mixed-use assets
• A commercial mindset with the ability to advise on complex, multi-asset portfolios
• Confidence in managing client relationships
• A track record (or clear plan) for business development—particularly at Partner level
