Service and Commissioning Engineer

THE COMPANY:

This company is one of the most well-established companies in The Midlands, with a history and reputation for quality and performance. The work across a number of different industries, including; Chemical, Food, Beverage, Marine, Nuclear and Power Generation, and they are currently recruiting for a Service and Commissioning Engineer to join their team.

THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is on the onsite Servicing/ Commissioning and repair/ calibration of various different pieces of equipment and product lines, together with the provision of technical support to sales personnel within the company. You will be covering the UK, and will be servicing a full range of instruments both on site and in house. You will be helping to support sales staff within the company, and also involved in onsite product training to customers across the UK.

ABOUT YOU:

If you are currently working in a Service based role working across different industry sectors, then this may be the right role for you. You will need to have a BTEC (Level 2 or 3) in Instrumentation & Control or an Electrical Qualification. Furthermore, if you have a good attention to detail along with the ability to work across the UK, then you would be right for this role.

THE BENEFITS:

As a Service Engineer, your salary will be £35-40K, plus company vehicle (car or van). You will have the opportunity to work overtime (on a 37.5 hour week) and will receive 20 days holiday + Stats (increasing with length of service). You will also receive Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service benefits (after a qualifying period)
