With a new position for a Service Desk Analyst open, now is your chance to join this steadily growing company.

THE ROLE:

In this role you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for clients remotely via email and phone as well as in person, testing and analyzing IT systems and software performance, documenting processes, maintaining service desk records, prioritizing and resolving IT concerns, and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE:

Since this is an entry level position experience is not necessary as training is provided on the job, however, a relevant level 3 or higher IT qualification will be required. As the role requires you to take calls and deal with customer issues, communication skills will be a key asset and as such should be of the excellent quality.
