This role: Site Based Mechanical & Electrical Manager is with a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who for the last 20+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be involved in a Highrise apartment project in Birmingham managing all Electrical & Mechanical aspects of the project including Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security, Access Control, HVAC, plumbing and pipework.

As a Site Based Mechanical & Electrical Manager you will be:

• Managing a Highrise Apartment project in Birmingham
• Working with a close-knit projects team
• Managing the Mechanical & Electrical installation of the project including Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security, Access Control, HVAC, plumbing and pipework
• Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub contractors
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager, Mechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Manager or M&E Projects Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Site Based Manager & Electrical Manager your salary will be within the £60-65K region and you will also receive a company car/allowance.
