THE COMPANY:

This company is a long established and highly regarded practice with offices on the outskirts of Leicester. The company benefit from have a close knit, loyal team who work across a number of different legal areas, including: Commercial Law, Insolvency, Litigation, Disputes, Property (Commercial and Residential) and Employment Law. Through growth, they are now looking to add a Commercial Solicitor to their friendly team.

THE ROLE:

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be advising and working with clients on share purchases & sales, asset sales & purchases, company restructures, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. Additional to this, you will be working on M&A’s, Investments, Buyouts, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Joint Ventures.  The work you undertake will span across a number of different industries, including; Retail, Recruitment, Manufacturing and Education.

THE PERSON:

The successful applicant will have around 5 years demonstrable experience within this sector and be involved in Business Development. For the right individual, there will be a very well-structured route to progression with a focus on further professional development.
