This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team and have the opportunity to progress to the role of CEO as part of the long term growth of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the charities strategic plan, aligning it with the missing and vision whilst considering current and future community needs.
  • Establishing and tracking KPI’s to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Optimising the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and volunteers, to maximise the impact of programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, partner organisations and government agencies to enhance reach and influence.
  • Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organisation with a clear pathway to assume the role of CEO.


To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience in strategic planning, project management and team leadership with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You need to be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.


£30-35K, with Progression to CEO
