THE COMPANY:

The company are an established consultancy specialising in the design and integration of Building Services Projects. The company have an excellent reputation within the industry that has been built upon providing an uncomplicated and uncompromising professional service to clients with the same high level of commitment whatever the size of project. And now they are looking to take on a new Intermediate Mechanical Engineer.

THE ROLE:

The company is now looking for an accredited energy assessor to lodge Energy Performance Certificates and assist in the overall preparation and submission of detailed design of Building Services Solutions. You will manage the use of energy and water as well as deal with he handling and disposal of waste including recycling, and monitoring impact on local communities and eco-system.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should have a number of years’ experience in a similar role. You should be competent in the use of Integrated Environment Solutions, Virtual Environment (IES(VE) and able to advise and report on low carbon design, thermal comfort and daylight performance.
