The role:

As a telesales person you will be expected to deal with new and existing customers, the customers that you sell to will either be architects, building companies, or the consumer themselves. You will be given targets that you need to work towards and achieve. All of the leads you have will be warm, there is no cold calling as you will be dealing with people that have requested business through the website.

The person:

The company are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in Telesales. Someone who is willing to put the effort in to reap the rewards of their hard work is exactly the type of person that will succeed in this business. They want someone who can build strong and meaningful relationships with their customers to receive loyalty from them. Half of the sales team have been there for 7 plus years due to a really enjoyable and friendly working environment.
