THE ROLE:

In your new role as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will take on the task of finding new tenants for properties and making sure the needs of both tenant and landlord are met. In the role you can expect to:

• Make credit checks
• Deal with tenant and landlord enquiries
• Take incoming calls
• Visit properties
• Organise viewings
• Meet and greet a landlords and prospective tenants
• Work to meet company targets
• Negotiate tenancy terms with landlords and tenants

ABOUT YOU:

This Trainee Lettings Negotiator role is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps into a new career as so long as you have a full UK driving licence and transport, and a can-do attitude, no experience is required!
