Managing Director

“I met Gavin through LinkedIn when he sent me a connection & messaged me saying he could help me find my next position. & he wasn’t wrong!
He took the time to get to know me & what type of work I wanted. He listened to what I was going through in my (then) current role & understood exactly what I was looking for from our conversations.
He lined up three interviews & I had found my new position by the end of the second one.
Throughout the entire process Gavin was supportive & provided advice & guidance where requested/required.
Throughout the process he would call or text me the morning of my interview to wish me “Good luck” or discuss any questions I might have about the role.
After my interviews we would have a call to discuss what I thought about the interview before speaking with the Interviewer to avoid any confusion on the employers side.
Gavin knew I was a perfect fit for my current role when I was full of doubts. His continued belief in my ability helped ease my nerves surrounding my interviews.
I truly believe were it not for Gavin, I wouldn’t be in my new position excited to go to work again.”
