Tom started working for Synergy Personnel in 2018 having had previous experience of working within the manufacturing sector for a family run business.
Toms role within the business is to manage the Building Services desk, where he recruits for a number of Mechanical & Electrical positions for a wide range of clients across the Midlands.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen rugby player and has had privilege of playing and winning at Welford Road in two County Cup Finals for his local team.
Being a Millennial, Tom doesn’t know what a CD is, and so his first download was Curtain Call by Eminem.
